Of parallels & duality

A twin but not a Gemini

A Queen without a throne

A singer whose voice is on loan

A soul no longer lost

Though not yet home

An actress without a stage

A poet all alone

I stand in the shadows

Hiding in the wings

Fearing the spotlight

But in the end will it even matter?

Or is it just another painful plight?
